Leading European researchers & high-tech firms to innovate a handheld DVT detection device

The European Commission Information Society and Media Directorate General has awarded €3.3 million to a consortium of ten leading European research and high-tech firms to develop a prototype handheld, medical, negative diagnostic prototype device for patients suspected of DVT and PE.
